Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled Cab Assembler to support the buildout of operator cabs for heavy industrial rail equipment. This individual will be responsible for assembling and installing all interior cab components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to engineering specifications. This role is ideal for someone with a background in carpentry, trim work, or mechanical assembly who is comfortable working with measurements, hand tools, and blueprints. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install cab interior components including:
• Flooring, walls, and paneling
• Seating and structural fixtures
• Lighting, gauges, and other non-wired components
• Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to execute builds
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies
• Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of all installed components
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to standards This role is minimum on site 4 days a week in Chesapeake VA.

Work schedule is 4 x 10 hours days with option overtime on Fridays when work load allows.

Compensation:

$21/hr-28/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
