• $23 per hour Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Industrial Assembler for a company inSultan, WA. These are permanent, fulltime roles perfect for individuals who are hands-on, reliable, and ready to grow with a company that values hard work and dedication. The pay is $21
• $23 per hour.

Two shifts available:

4 a.m.

• 2:30 p.m. Monday
• Thursday 2:30 p.m.
• 1 a.m. Monday
• Thursday These roles centers on assembling mechanical components with accuracy and consistency, playing a key part in maintaining production flow and product quality.

It requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

Perform repetitive, short-cycle mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly tasks. Follow demonstrated procedures and make basic adjustments within set tolerances. Handle moderate to heavy components frequently; standing and walking required. Interpret schedules and part numbers accurately. Adhere to work instructions, drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. Meet production goals and maintain schedule adherence. Identify and assemble parts and subcomponents by size and application. Package, label, and complete computer-based transactions. Maintain attendance and meet physical/environmental job demands.

Additional Responsibilities:

Notify Lead or Assistant Supervisor of material shortages or issues. Pull and replenish materials for assembly. Support process improvement initiatives. Assist with departmental and cross-functional tasks as needed. Participate in physical inventories and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Attend required meetings and report labor hours promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Comprehend oral and written instructions effectively. Strong communication, reading, and writing skills. Basic math and computer proficiency. Ability to use a tape measure and small tools accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ months of experience in a manufacturing or production setting. How to
