Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work assigned shift consistently Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment Familiarity with hand tools and basic machinery Basic understanding of quality control processes Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Responsibilities Assemble components and parts according to instructions and blueprints Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy, identifying defects or issues Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Support resolution of assembly-related challenges during production Skills Manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential for assembling components accurately and maintaining product quality.
