Manufacturing Controller:
- Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-setting processes
- Oversee product costing, inventory management, and financial reporting accuracy
- Analyze cost variances and provide actionable recommendations
- Support monthly close, margin analysis, and manufacturing expense tracking
- Evaluate capital investments including ROI and cost savings initiatives Qualifications for the
Manufacturing Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience
- Strong expertise in product costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
