Job Description Lead, coach, and develop production teams across converting operations Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to meet production targets Ability to work shift hours: 10:00AM - 6:00PM Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards Optimize machine performance, reduce waste, and improve efficiency Troubleshoot equipment, material, and production issues Coordinate with printing, shipping, and planning teams to ensure on-time delivery Maintain a safe, organized workplace and reinforce safety best practices Monitor production metrics, conduct quality audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of leadership experience within folding carton, paperboard packaging, or a related converting environment Strong knowledge of die-cutting, folder-gluing, windowing, and finishing operations Experience with equipment such as Bobst die cutters, folder-gluers, or similar converting machinery Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and build a positive culture Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence What's on Offer Base salary $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience 3 weeks PTO 1 week sick time 3 floating holidays 401k with employer match Health benefits thru BCBS
