Job Description

Charlotte, North Carolina ((Commutable from Pineville, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Weddington, Monroe, Belmont, Rock Hill, Lancaster, Gastonia, Mount Holly). Are you a Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Production Supervisor with strong leadership skills and experience working with presses, looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a growing production operation and progress into broader operations or general management? This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading, rapidly growing manufacturing business at a state-of-the-art facility, where you will take full responsibility for production performance, team leadership, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement across the site. You will lead a team of 11 across production and maintenance, taking responsibility for ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently, and to the required production standards. With the business continuing to grow rapidly, this is an exciting time to join and play a key role in improving processes, reducing waste, and developing the team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will monitor production KPIs, troubleshoot issues with the presses, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety procedures are consistently followed across the operation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership career, with progression available towards broader operations and general management positions. This role would suit a Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar manufacturing leader with experience working with presses, looking for a position where they can make a genuine impact, develop their team, and build towards future senior management opportunities.
