Must be bilingual in English and Spanish About Our Client My client is a global manufacturer supporting highly regulated and time‑sensitive industries. It designs and produces temperature controlled solutions that protect product integrity during distribution. The business operates in a fast‑paced, operationally complex environment. Job Description Lead all manufacturing site operations with full responsibility for performance and execution Serve as the primary site leader and point of contact with senior leadership Oversee production, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance, and administrative functions Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and asset utilization initiatives Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation Champion continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
