Manage finished goods inventory, staging, loading, and shipping paperwork in coordination with the front office. Support environmental compliance activities. Track and report daily and weekly production, downtime, yield, and labor metrics to the President; participate in setting improvement targets. Identify and lead continuous improvement projects in changeover time, material flow, and equipment reliability — balancing efficiency gains with the handcrafted quality the product is known for. Qualifications 7+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years supervising hourly production teams, or a degree in a relevant field (manufacturing, construction management, industrial technology, engineering, or similar) considered in lieu of years of experience; plant leadership experience preferred.
