ABOUT METALTECH
Metaltech, Inc. is a precision CNC machining and fabrication company in Auburn, Washington, serving aerospace, space, and commercial customers. We are building out our leadership structure and adding a key role to drive the financial performance of our Production business unit.THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Unit Manager who is sharp on numbers, comfortable in a manufacturing cost environment, and able to own the pricing and margin conversation from quote to closeout. This is not an operations role. It is a financial and commercial leadership role sitting inside a manufacturing company. You will own quoting, cost analysis, job closeout margin review, and pricing strategy for our Production customers.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the quoting process from inquiry through submission, including material cost rollups, outside processing, labor estimates, and markup strategy. Perform job closeout analysis comparing actual versus estimated costs across labor, material, and outside processing -- and use that data to sharpen future pricing. Produce regular margin reports and financial performance summaries for leadership. Monitor win rates, average margins, quote volume, and revenue trends across the business unit. Develop and maintain pricing models, rate sheets, and cost rollup tools that support fast, accurate quoting. Recommend markup adjustments on requotes and renewals based on cost trends and job history. Serve as the primary contact for customer pricing conversations, including initial quotes, requotes, and annual pricing reviews. Partner with the General Manager on pricing targets, margin thresholds, and business unit financial strategy.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong background in cost accounting, cost analysis, financial analysis, or estimating -- manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build and analyze cost models, margin reports, and pricing structures. Proficient in Excel for cost modeling, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
