2988838093-2 Apply for this job now Job Description ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is seeking a Site Controller to lead finance for our manufacturing facility. This role partners with operations to drive cost control, accurate financial reporting, and strategic decision support. You will own budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and variance analysis while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. The Site Controller will mentor a small finance team, support capital investment decisions, and provide insights that enhance efficiency, product quality, and profitability in our collaborative, innovation-focused culture. Responsibilities Lead site financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations Provide cost analysis, variance reporting and margin improvement insights Oversee month-end close, reconciliations and accurate financial reporting Partner with plant leadership to drive operational efficiency and cost control Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP and internal controls Manage capital expenditure analysis and ROI evaluations Guide and mentor site finance staff, building a high-performing team Support pricing, inventory valuation and standard cost development Prepare dashboards and KPIs for site and corporate leadership Participate in cross-functional initiatives to support growth and sustainability goals Required Skills Cost accounting Manufacturing finance Budgeting and forecasting Financial reporting (GAAP) Variance and margin analysis Excel/financial modeling ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) Internal controls and compliance Capital budgeting/ROI analysis Leadership and stakeholder communication
