2989942321-2 Apply for this job now Job Description ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking a Coordinator to support manufacturing operations at our Cincinnati facility. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, track work orders, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure on-time delivery and product quality. You will collaborate closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues, update status reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Coordinate daily production schedules and track work orders to meet customer deadlines Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for manufacturing activities Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues Monitor inventory levels for materials and packaging supplies and escalate shortages Support continuous improvement, 5 S, and safety initiatives on the production floor Communicate status updates to supervisors and cross-functional partners Assist with data entry, KPI tracking, and basic analysis of production performance Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and regulatory standards Required Skills Production scheduling Manufacturing operations knowledge ERP/MRP systems Data entry and reporting Microsoft Excel and Word Inventory tracking Documentation and recordkeeping Quality and safety compliance basics Communication and coordination Time management and organization
