This is not an office-only supervisory position. We are looking for someone who enjoys leading people while staying actively involved on the production floor. You do not have to know every machine or process in our plant on Day 1. We can teach our operation. What we need is someone who understands how to lead people, communicate expectations, solve problems, hold employees accountable, and set the example for their team. Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:00 AM | Full-Time | Hourly Four 10-hour shifts provide a three-day weekend most weeks What You'll Do Lead, train, assign, and direct 2nd shift production employees Stay actively involved in day-to-day production Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment Hold employees accountable for safety, attendance, performance, quality, and workplace policies Monitor production goals, workflow, downtime, and shift performance Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues Work alongside the production team when needed Communicate production results, employee concerns, and equipment issues to plant management Coach and develop employees Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and workflow Operate a forklift and other production equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment What We're Looking For Manufacturing or production experience Previous leadership experience preferred Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Production Lead, Lead Operator, or similar role is a plus Strong communication and people skills Comfortable holding employees accountable and having difficult but respectful conversations Willing to lead from the production floor and work alongside the team Dependable, consistent, and professional Strong problem-solving skills Safety-minded and willing to enforce company policies and procedures Basic computer skills Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic manufacturing measurements High school diploma or
GED LEAN

The Production Supervisor will spend a significant amount of time on the production floor. The work environment may include heat, cold, dust, and noise. The position requires standing, walking, working around production equipment, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required background and drug screening.
