This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, driving production performance, maintaining quality standards, and creating a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who takes initiative, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and is not afraid to share ideas that improve processes and efficiency. Position Summary The Production Foreman is responsible for supervising plant personnel, coordinating production activities, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This role combines leadership responsibilities with active participation in daily production operations. Successful candidates will have strong manufacturing leadership experience, the ability to motivate teams, and a continuous improvement mindset. What You'll Do Supervise, train, coach, and support production employees Lead daily processing and packaging operations Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, food safety, and quality standards Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement Operate, troubleshoot, and assist with dairy processing equipment as needed Inspect product quality and report any concerns or deviations Plan and assign work based on production requirements Complete production reports and shift documentation accurately Communicate effectively with management and production teams Address employee concerns and resolve operational issues Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Schedule First Shift Only Start Time:
