The production foreman manages and develops production staff to ensure all manufacturing targets and safety standards are met. Specific Duties The production foreman performs these activities: Reviews and approves timecards on a bi-weekly basis Completes work order changes as required Communicates acompany's objectives and performance expectations to employees Motivates employees to m eet company objectives Trains employees on specific, detailed, and routine job skills and techniques Conducts employee performance evaluations Counsels employees Meets assigned productions goals Orders and maintains raw material inventory Follows safety rules Experience Required A minimum of 1 year of relevant supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment. A minimum of 5 years of molding production experience An equivalent combination of education and molding production experience will be considered Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
