Perris, CA Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $90,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Staff supervision Team supervision Outdoor work experience Precast concrete Managing production or assembly teams High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Full Job Description Description of responsibilities - essential candidate qualities, preferences and skills: Assist Plant Superintendent with planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and follow up. Review and maintain cost control and efficiency. Review and maintain schedules. Maintain production of quality products. Ensure that production personnel have necessary drawings, tools and equipment to perform their assigned duties on a timely basis. Assign personnel and supervision. Train and develop front line supervisors to maximize department efficiency. Actively maintain positive attitude towards safety and housekeeping, and initiate action to produce results. Maintain inter-department coordination and high morale among all employees. Comply with OSHA safety standards.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Leadperson/Foreperson in the precast/prestressed concrete industry. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to be completely mobile in the production plant. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience working in an indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience:
• Bilingual.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be very active and constantly requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
