Train and guide production employees on batter preparation procedures, food safety, sanitation, equipment operation, and workplace safety. 16. Ensure the batter unit is maintained in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition throughout the production and closing process. 17. Ensure compliance with applicable FDA, food safety, workplace safety, and company requirements relating to batter production and food handling. 18. Coordinate with the Administrative/Management team regarding production status, employee attendance, material requirements, quality issues, maintenance requirements, and daily operational updates. 19. Monitor employee attendance, work allocation, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures. 20. Responsible for maintaining proper documentation and submitting daily/weekly production reports to Management, including production quantities, inventory usage, wastage, quality issues, and operational concerns
