• Supervises a single department and/or shift- 2 or more direct report s.
• Supervise the ongoing ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-product s.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials suppl y.
• Plans and administers procedure s.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned are a.
• Works on problems of moderate scop e.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate actio n.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer group s.
• Interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual informatio n.
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employee s.

Qualification s:

• Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environme nt
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-ma il
• Good communication and organizational skil ls
• A minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferr ed
• High School diploma or equivalent preferr ed Compensati on: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $76,000-$98,000 annua l ly.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business nee ds.
