Job Description The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for: Overseeing 9+ employees on the manufacturing floor Leading project teams, functional units, or multiple smaller groups within area of expertise. Overseeing budgets, staffing, and operational results to ensure business objectives are met. Managing individual contributors and, when applicable, other supervisors or team leads. Auditing processes and outputs to ensure compliance with production specifications. Maintaining accurate production records and generate required reports. Optimizing operations to deliver high-quality products while controlling costs. Training, coaching, and evaluating production staff to support performance and development. The Successful Applicant The successful 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications: Proven experience working on 3rd shift Experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of production, business, or technical support teams. Setting up team priorities, assigning tasks, and aligning workflows with other supervisors to ensure objectives are met.
