Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Build your future with a close-knit construction team in Wilmington, Delaware, where in-house millwork keeps new homes moving from raw materials to finished interiors. This Millwork Foreman opportunity is a direct-hire role focused on leading the interior millwork shop, including pre-hanging interior doors and producing stairs and related components for residential construction. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Millwork Foreman position include: Experience in the millwork industry with hands-on knowledge of interior millwork production. Familiarity with pre-hanging interior doors and producing stairs for new home construction. Comfort running and/or supporting shop equipment such as pre-hanging door machines and hinge-routing processes (training available on specific equipment). Ability to oversee interior millwork stock work such as jambs, door stops, and related components. Working foreman leadership experience leading a team of approximately 5-6 shop employees. Strong understanding of residential interior millwork and how it's manufactured in a shop environment. Organized, dependable approach to scheduling, production flow, and daily shop priorities. Willingness to be a working leader who can step up beyond basic fabrication tasks and help run the mill.
Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
