Manufacturing Supervisor Salary:

Base pay starting at $82,000 per year, compensation is highly competitive and dependent on experience. Position Purpose and Objectives The Manufacturing Supervisor works in coordination with the Manufacturing Manager to assist with scheduling, training, NCR investigations, SOPs and ensuring all personnel follow cGMP requirements. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also work on the lines with Manufacturing personnel to observe the operations and assist with tasks. Essential Job Functions

• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with manufacturing of the dietary supplements, tablets, capsules, and powders, including settings daily plans, monitoring productivity, motivating associates, and delivering results
• Responsible for adhering to current SOPs and cGMPs that are in effect assuring safety, as well as quality and quantity of production produced
• Ensures associates' well-being through a holistic approach including safety, health, professional development, and reward recognition
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is involved with the planning, coordination, and control of the whole manufacturing process
• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures that good services are produced efficiently. They ensure the correct amount is produced at the right cost and the highest level of quality, assuring employee safety under the regulatory standards of the FDA Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Some allergens and enzymes that may cause allergic reaction are present in the production area Minimum Qualifications
• Previous lead/supervisor experience required in the pharmaceutical or dietary supplements industry
• cGMPs knowledge preferred in food and beverage or dietary supplements industry
• Driven, organized, and detail-orientated individual
• Excellent communication skills
• Associate's Degree or 3-5 years' experience
