As a key part of our Manufacturing Department, the Manufacturing Admin will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes by coordinating schedules, managing resources, and facilitating communication between departments. The Production Coordinator will oversee workflow, track production progress and ensure that materials, equipment, and personnel are available to meet the production goals. Key Duties and Responsibilities Operations, ERP, & Inventory (Epicor) Process inventory transactions and execute system adjustments using Epicor. Use SOP's and peer training to perform various ERP functions to maintain workflows. Assist preproduction with releasing orders to manufacturing. Perform miscellaneous administrative and operational duties as dictated by management. Administration & Communication Manage Time & Attendance records. Work directly with the installation manager to complete various administrative tasks Create and update spreadsheets, maintaining data accurately as directed. Safety, Facility, & Compliance Maintain chemical management programs, including safety data sheets (SDS/GHS), in compliance with laws and policies. Assist with building maintenance tasks and safety training for personnel. Adhere strictly to all safety, security, guidelines, company protocols, and compliance procedures. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. No previous experience required (willing to train the right candidate). Proficiency or experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word) is a plus. Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High degree of initiative and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
