Responsibilities Perform manual, semi-automatic, and fully mechanized TIG welding. Read blueprints and prepare materials for production. Cut raw materials according to specifications. Perform soldering, assembly, polishing, and finishing of components. Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT). Complete automated testing and production documentation. Maintain inventory accuracy and production records. Assist with cross-training and support fabrication processes. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Qualifications Previous TIG welding experience required. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using measuring and inspection tools. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Manufacturing Team Leader The Manufacturing Team Leader provides day-to-day leadership for a team of manufacturing associates while supporting CNC machining operations, production goals, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of manufacturing associates. Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved. Perform CNC machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments. Troubleshoot machining and production issues. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments. Monitor machine performance and support preventative maintenance. Record production data and maintain manufacturing documentation. Partner with Quality and Production teams to improve processes. Promote Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, JIT, and FIFO. Train and mentor employees while maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications 2-3 years of manufacturing experience required. 2-3 years of leadership or team lead experience preferred. CNC machining experience required. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Basic computer proficiency. Excellent attendance and reliability.
