Drafting Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Drafting Manager position include: 7+ years of professional drafting/design experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role managing drafting/design resources Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Mechanical, including assemblies, detailing, sheet metal, and BOM workflows Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly Lead and supervise a team of drafters/designers while providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations Manage drafting workload, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects Establish and maintain drafting standards, detailing practices, templates, and libraries Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project management to support design changes and documentation accuracy

Salary :

$80,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
