Job Description

Responsibilities:
The Cleanroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations, personnel, and compliance metrics within our controlled environment Coordinate daily cleanroom workflow, assign tasks, and monitor shift outputs to achieve production and quality metrics Communicate and collaborate with other departments as needed Complete, review, and approve device history records (DHR), production logs, routers and shift reports Participate in internal and external quality audits as required Oversee transfer and storage of materials throughout the manufacturing floor. Manage cleaning operation in accordance with the approved standard operating procedure. Identify all non-conforming materials, work in-process, and final product. Complete appropriate nonconforming and work in-process reports, as applicable. Report on all findings to the Manager of the Disposable Manufacturing team Lead/assist daily cleanroom production meetings Participate in supporting the cleanroom on off hours (overtime) when needed Ensure production, quality, and employee safety remain top priorities
Minimum and Desired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required. Higher education is a plus
  • Ideal candidate would have of 1-2 years in a regulated cleanroom environment, with 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity - Medical Device experience preferred
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485, Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint), and lean practices and processes. Experience using NetSuite and/or Arena is a plus.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while wearing full cleanroom garments (masks, gloves, etc.
). Must be able to lift/carry up to 25
Lbs Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
