Job Summary:

To coordinate the work activities within a production area to accomplish production schedules.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate inventory system for production schedule
• Ensure product is cut and wrapped according to customer's specifications
• Ensure quality check from you and employees
• Communicate with Long Haul Division when schedule is complete and when changes may occur
• Work with crane operators to ensure proper buns are dropped and are the correct dates requested
• Ensure proper information is communicated on any markdowns and charge backs
• Make sure all scrap is moved in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as requested

Education:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
