Harbor Springs, MI Compensation:
$80,000-95,000 base + profit sharing

Vehicle allowance / truck, fuel card, phone, PTO, holidays, Health Benefit Who We're Looking For We're seeking a professional, decisive Roofing General Manager who can lead 3-5 roofing crews, drive production, and uphold quality standards without constant oversight. This role is ideal for someone who has grown beyond foreman or superintendent and is ready to fully own daily operations, people leadership, and results. What you'll be responsible for: Directly manage Site Supervisors of 3-5 roofing sub-crews Oversee daily production, scheduling, and job sequencing Ensure workmanship meets company and manufacturer standards Enforce safety, professionalism, and jobsite accountability Coordinate materials, deliveries, and job readiness Resolve field issues quickly and professionally Train, mentor, and hold crew leaders accountable Communicate clearly with ownership, sales, and customers Track job progress, productivity, and crew performance

Required Experience:
5+ years in roofing operations or production management Proven experience managing multiple crews simultaneously Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems (shingle required; metal/flat a plus) Ability to read work orders, schedules, and production targets Comfortable making decisions and holding people accountable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred (But Not Required) Experience as a Roofing Superintendent, Ops Manager, or GM Familiarity with subcontractor management OSHA or safety leadership experience Why Work With Us Stable company with steady work Authority to run your crews—not just babysit jobs Clear expectations and support from ownership Competitive compensation tied to performance Opportunity to grow with a company that values leadership
