A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. What you'll be responsible for: Directly manage Site Supervisors of 3-5 roofing sub-crews Oversee daily production, scheduling, and job sequencing Ensure workmanship meets company and manufacturer standards Enforce safety, professionalism, and jobsite accountability Coordinate materials, deliveries, and job readiness Resolve field issues quickly and professionally Train, mentor, and hold crew leaders accountable Communicate clearly with ownership, sales, and customers Track job progress, productivity, and crew performance

Required Experience:
