Role Overview:

As the Production Supervisor, maintains the Residential dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services management team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

Culinary Support:

Maintains established food presentation standards, maintains an organized system of comprehensive record keeping.

Kitchen Support:

Training and supervising all Residential staff. Ensures the utensils and Residential production area are always safe and sanitary; The

C.L.E.A.N.

Works! program is followed. Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of two years ofCulinaryexperience Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience Preferred•
