Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Manager to lead our Interiors Division. This division specializes in custom closet shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bathroom accessories, and blinds. Duties Schedule and coordinate installation jobs Communicate daily with job supervisors and installation crews. Schedule and dispatch crews to job sites. Order and track materials for upcoming projects Supervise warehouse personnel and installation teams Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Coordinate with office staff to keep projects running efficiently Problem-solve scheduling and production issues as they arise Qualifications Proven experience in production, operations, or project management within a Strong organizational, scheduling, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction cabinetry, closets, glass, or related industries is preferred Proficient with computers and scheduling software Valid Driver license Physical Requirements Ability to walk production and warehouse areas regularly. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday as needed.
