Paint Supervisor Direct Placement Opportunity Pay:
$36-$46/hour Step into a leadership role where your expertise in automotive paint, production operations, and team development will directly influence quality, efficiency, and team success. As the Paint Supervisor , you will oversee daily workflow, mentor and support team members, and drive continuous improvement to keep production running safely, smoothly, and at the highest quality standards. 🎨 Position Overview The Paint Supervisor leads the scheduling, coordination, and performance of the paint department. This role ensures production goals are met while fostering a culture of safety, communication, and accountability. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, track performance metrics, and champion initiatives that elevate quality and productivity. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Manage departmental workflow, output, and scheduling to align with the production plan. Communicate consistently through daily interactions, department meetings, production board updates, and schedule reports. Lead continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and partnering with teams—such as Manufacturing Engineering—to implement solutions. Build a positive, engaged team culture through trust, transparency, and open communication. Enhance quality by creating and maintaining effective checkpoints and control gates throughout the painting process. Support employee growth through coaching, feedback, and participation in training initiatives. Promote a safe, compliant work environment by modeling proper behaviors and addressing issues proactively. Perform additional duties as needed to support department and company goals. 🛠️ Essential Skills Strong experience in the automotive paint industry. Hands‑on production and painting expertise. Proven supervisory skills with knowledge of assembly processes. 📘 Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred. 1+ years of leadership experience guiding projects or mentoring team members. 3+ years of experience working in a production environment required. 🌟 Why Join Us? Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Mandatory overtime Fridays (average 45-50 hours/week). Temperature‑controlled environment with large, well‑organized workspaces. All tools provided by the company. Team of 32 employees, including 4 team members on night shift. Supervisor will oversee the shift with support from a strong night‑shift lead. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wyoming, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
