Production Shift Supervisor - HDPE Pipe Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our HDPE pipe manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience , including 2+ years in a supervisory role , with hands-on experience producing HDPE pipe .

Responsibilities:

Supervise up to 20 production employees and provide leadership during assigned shifts. Support the Production Manager in meeting production, quality, and safety goals. Train leads and line operators on equipment, processes, and best practices. Monitor production, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and minimize scrap. Ensure equipment, tooling, and materials are ready for production. Approve time entries, PTO requests, and coordinate shift coverage. Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assist with scheduling, special projects, and provide backup support for the Production Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. Required experience with HDPE pipe extrusion. Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. There is $1.50 shift differential for night shift. Hours for the position are 8p-8a on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Pay:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
