Salary:

Starting salary of $70,000•$75,000 based on experience, plus benefits available.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a warehouse production environment A leader who can motivate, train, drive accountability, and flexible enough to adapt to change Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in all platforms of Office 365 Must be able to provide training and give direction Responsibilities for Production Supervisors include: Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating Monitor and optimize warehouse production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
