Production Supervisor (2nd shift 2-10:30pm) - Olive Branch, MS Hubbell Incorporated United States, Mississippi, Olive Branch Aug 25, 2026 Job Overview Our Connector Business Unit in Olive Branch, MS is looking for a Production Supervisor who will oversee 2nd shift production processes as well as supervise hourly employees while pursuing continuous improvement in areas such as productivity increases, improving efficiency while minimizing cost. A Day In The Life Direct supervisor for Machinists and Machine Operators in assigned area. Assignment of daily tasks / activities for machine shop. Ensure direct reports are trained and up-to-date in required processes and tasks. Maintain cross training matrix for direct reports and actively address gaps in training thresholds. Talent management of direct reports including development of employee performance objectives and execution of review process. Drive towards zero safety incidents and promote safety first culture. Drive towards zero quality issues in assigned area. Active management of environmental, health, and safety compliance and risk in assembly areas. Identifies and participates in continuous improvement activities in the Machine Shop. What will help you thrive in this role? Basic understanding of blueprints, calipers, and typical machine shop procedures, processes, and tools preferred. General computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office tools. Strong organizational skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Two years of experience operating and/or programming CNC Mills and Lathes.
