Job Description

Iron Horse Exteriors is seeking an experienced Assistant Foreman to support daily job site operations. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with the Foreman, supervising crews, and coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Foreman on daily job site operations Supervise crews while actively working alongside them Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site Coordinate with Project Manager on scheduling and progress Maintain quality control and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
REQUIRED
Experience in siding or roofing Ability to lead and manage crews effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and lift materials
