Full-Time | On-Site First shift Monday- Thursday 6:am -4:30 pm Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead daily fabrication operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising production personnel, ensuring quality standards, maintaining a safe workplace, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in metal fabrication, production scheduling, and team leadership. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day fabrication operations and production employees. Schedule machines and coordinate workflow to meet production deadlines. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and proper PPE usage. Monitor quality throughout the fabrication process, including first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks. Coordinate with production, quality, and fabrication teams to maximize efficiency. Assign work based on production priorities and machine availability. Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and reporting. Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain organized work areas and ensure proper housekeeping standards. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Minimum 2 years of metal fabrication experience . Hands-on knowledge of fabrication equipment such as: Press Brakes Shears Cold Saws Tube Benders Drill Presses Laser Cutting Equipment (preferred) Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and use precision measuring tools. Experience with production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. ERP/SAP experience is a plus. Forklift certification is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
