American Auto Parts is seeking a hands-on Production Manager / Shop Foreman to lead and coordinate our production and service operations. This role blends management with active technical work, ensuring our dismantling and parts production runs efficiently, safely, and at high quality. Duties of the production manager / shop foreman include: Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians and associates Oversee daily production and shop operations Monitor and maintain quality standards Coordinate workflow from vehicle receipt to finished parts Create and maintain production documentation and procedures Recommend promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions as needed Communicate goals, policies, and associate feedback with management Preferred qualifications for the production manager / shop foreman include: Proven experience leading teams in a technical or manufacturing environment Strong automotive or technical knowledge Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HTML skills a plus Ability to work independently and make operational decisions Why choose
