Our client has a large storage / processing facility in southern NJ. Due to rapid growth, seeking a Production Supervisor to join the production staff.

Primary responsibilities include:

Supervise, mentor and train employees in the processing and packaging of produce Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA, SOP's and GMP Develop and track KPI's Provide various production reports to management and stakeholders Position reports to Production Manager Ideal candidates for Production Supervisor will possess the following: Associates degree. Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply. 6+ years experience in food production or high-volume processing environments Knowledge of OSHA, food safety and GMP Production working hours 6:30am-6:30pm, 7 days week (depending on season)—time is split with another Production Supervisor. Salary up to $100k/yr (depending on experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.

Pay Details:
