Adecco is recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a client in the Syracuse area. This is a direct hire opportunity supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation on an overnight shift schedule. Schedule- 9:30pm-6:30/6:45am OT available beyond normal schedule/projects/weekends Salary- 65,000-72,000, depending on experience This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, communication skills, and the ability to lead employees in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support production employees throughout the shift Drive productivity, safety, quality, and operational goals Maintain professional and consistent employee communication Support employee coaching, accountability, and problem-solving Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Coordinate with other supervisors and plant leadership as needed Assist in maintaining accurate production documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience required Experience in fast-paced production or operations environments Strong communication and people management skills Ability to think quickly and problem solve in a production environment Comfortable working in a highly active role with significant time spent on the floor Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is a plus If you are interested in the Production Supervisor role, click
