Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Fridays and overtime as needed) Lead. Mentor. Make an Impact. RJS Corporation, a respected manufacturer with over 75 years of success, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our Machine Shop, Saw, and Weld areas . This is a hands-on leadership role for a manufacturing professional who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving production results while working alongside employees on the shop floor. Responsibilities Lead daily production activities across Machine Shop, Saw, and Weld departments Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure production goals are met Train, coach, and develop team members Review blueprints, work orders, and production requirements Ensure quality, safety, and operational standards are maintained Support troubleshooting, workflow improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate labor reporting and ERP/MRP transactions Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in machining, fabrication, or welding Previous leadership or supervisory experience Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings Strong knowledge of machining processes, measuring tools, and quality standards Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Preferred Experience Mill and lathe experience Welding or fabrication knowledge Mastercam or other CAM software experience G-Code and M-Code programming knowledge Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience Benefits Medical Insurance Company-Paid Dental & Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) with Company Match (up to 4%) Paid Time Off + Birthday PTO 9 Paid Holidays Safety Shoe & Safety Glasses Reimbursement Tool Purchase Assistance Program Ready to lead a skilled team and grow your career with a stable, family-oriented manufacturer?
