Job Overview We are seeking a 3rd Shift Production Lead to oversee manufacturing operations during overnight hours. In this role, you will lead a team of production associates, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The 3rd shift lead will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe working environment. Duties Interpret blueprints and job orders to workers, and assign duties Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems. Maintain time and production records. Monitor safety standards in production areas, enforce safety protocol adherence, and conduct regular safety audits to prevent accidents Monitor workers use of SPC system. Inspect and measure parts and products to verify conformance to specifications. Interface with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met. Operates lift truck, weighs parts on scale and completes necessary paperwork. Training performed for this role with be completed on 2nd shift. Skills Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility operations with a strong understanding of production workflows Skilled in using measuring instruments for quality control purposes Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions Strong leadership skills managing production teams with a focus on safety and productivity Technical proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and understanding mechanical systems Join us as a 3rd Shift Production Lead where you will shape efficient manufacturing processes while fostering a safe, motivated team environment.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
