Swanton area manufacturer seeks experienced Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the workforce Jump in when needed Change over equipment Mechanically inclined Able to have difficult employee conversations when needed Be sure all machines are off and locked at the end of day Enforce safety policies and procedures are followed Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing environment Leadership/supervisory experience Computer literate Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must $30-35/hour + Benefits / 1st shift,
