Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent application of methods, guidelines, and procedures to meet agreed KPIs.
Oversee fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Review, confirm, and approve production orders, allocating resources effectively.
Ensure availability and readiness of all production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance, and setup operations.
Identify and recommend procedural or organizational improvements to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance.
Train, coach, and support direct reports for effective execution of their roles.
Monitor production floor compliance with schedules and performance targets.
Coordinate efforts to reduce scrap and improve production efficiency.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of 5S practices within the production area.
Track, analyze, and report on production KPIs using SFM tools while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience, preferably within Schaeffler
Minimum of 3 years' experience in production processes, including measurement & inspection procedures, production planning and control, budget management, and SAP
Proven ability to manage and lead teams, including team leaders and direct reports.
Demonstrated leadership skills combined with strong business acumen
Broad manufacturing knowledge
Solid understanding of Safety and Health regulations and systems
Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including strong conflict resolution skills
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
