On-site Shift:

1st Shift 4:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Monday - Saturday) Effex Management Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Production Floor Lead to support daily operations at our production site in Gray Court. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, supporting employees, and helping keep operations running smoothly. Collaborate with line leads, supervisors, and managers to coordinate workforce activities. Ensure compliance with dress code and proper PPE usage. Maintain and manage site attendance records. Assist with incident reporting and injury documentation. Conduct regular safety inspections and report unsafe conditions or behaviors. Attend client meetings and represent the production team. Monitor lunch breaks and check in with new hires regularly. Train employees on production goals, product processes, and efficiency standards. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish ( required ). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Comfortable working in a refrigerated, fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements 90% of work performed on the production floor. Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion. Exposure to noise, temperature variations, and crowded conditions.
