2992011534-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sazerac Company seeks a Processing Technician Lead to oversee daily spirits processing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role leads technicians in batching, filtration, and transfer of distilled products, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and GMP standards. The Lead monitors equipment performance, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates with maintenance to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include verifying recipes, completing accurate production records, training and coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement in yields, efficiency, and sanitation. Ideal candidates bring hands-on processing experience, strong attention to detail, and a mindset of ownership and accountability. Responsibilities Lead daily spirits processing, including batching, blending, filtration, and product transfers. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor processing equipment, identify issues, and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs. Verify recipes, measurements, and process parameters to meet product specifications. Complete accurate production logs, batch records, and data entry in required systems. Train, coach, and mentor processing technicians to build skills and performance. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and bottling to support production schedules. Drive continuous improvement in yields, throughput, and waste reduction. Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations. Support and model an ownership-driven, high-accountability culture on the production floor.
