Direct Hire position $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually Second Shift (Wednesday through Saturday from 04:00pm to 04:00am) Job Details Supervise daily production operations and ensure production lines are set up, running efficiently, and meeting schedule requirements Lead, train, coach, and supervise 50-100 employees and temporary staff while maintaining a positive work environment Monitor production performance, including productivity, material usage, waste, downtime, and overall efficiency Coordinate with Quality Control to maintain product quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed Manage staffing levels, overtime, scheduling, timecard approvals, and employee performance issues Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment Resolve production, equipment, and personnel issues by working closely with maintenance and other departments
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred 2-4+ years of production supervision or manufacturing leadership experience Experience in food manufacturing or personal care manufacturing strongly preferred Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop employees in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to manage changing priorities, staffing needs, and production demands in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
