We are seeking a Production Line Lead at our DFW Patriot site location to oversee daily operations in one of our warehouse production and packaging areas. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll be the on-the-floor leader who keeps the line moving, the team focused, and the work compliant with safety, quality, and production standards. You'll coordinate daily activities, drive efficiency, and step in as the floor's go-to in the Supervisor's absence. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the production line and packaging area Coordinate and execute the daily production schedule to maximize efficiency, quality, and throughput Organize, train, and support production line team members on the floor Review, check, and sign off on work completed by line employees, and accurately process all daily paperwork Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and team Escalate safety concerns, quality issues, or any production specifications that cannot be met
QUALIFICATIONS
(Required No Exceptions) 3+ years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment 2+ years of experience in a Lead role (Lead, team lead, or working supervisor) in a production or manufacturing environment Fluent in English and Spanish — able to read, write, and speak both languages professionally Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train, coach, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environment
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1st Shift), some occasional weekends
PAY/BENEFITS
