A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

As a Foreman, you are the on-site leader responsible for production, quality control, customer communication, problem-solving, and ensuring each project meets FRDM's elite standards. You'll oversee installation teams, coordinate with Project Managers and customers, and resolve issues with professionalism and confidence. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, communicates well, and takes pride in excellence.

Oversee installation crews on job sites. Ensure world-class quality on every project. Oversee daily production, timelines, and job efficiency. Be the face of

for customers—professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented. Resolve disputes, customer concerns, job site issues, and change orders. Maintain clean, organized job sites. Communicate clearly with the leadership team on progress and needs. Hold teams accountable to FRDM's standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Experience:
Well-spoken, professional, and confident communicator. Strong leadership and people-management skills Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor installations (large advantage). Clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Ability to manage job site pressure, deadlines, and customer expectations. Problem-solver with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness. A commitment to craftsmanship and delivering premium results.
