Job Description
Manufacturing Supervisor Lead People. Drive Performance. Make an Impact. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate is a highly organized leader who can juggle competing priorities, anticipate challenges before they impact production, and keep people, processes, and schedules aligned. If you enjoy solving problems, managing the details, and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily production operations, guide production team, and play a key role in meeting production goals, customer commitments, and company objectives. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 production employees, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and balance shifting priorities, schedules, material availability, staffing needs, and customer requirements to achieve production and quality goals. Track critical details across the operation, anticipate obstacles, and implement solutions that keep production moving and minimize disruptions. Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and optimize the use of people, materials, and equipment. Partner with Materials, Purchasing, Programs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and on-time delivery to customers. What We're Looking For You are a strong people leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to balance production demands with employee engagement. You excel at prioritizing work, communicating effectively, and creating an environment where employees can succeed. Prior electronic manufacturing experience preferred.
