POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products. This role provides direct leadership to production team members, drives operational excellence, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking and problem solving.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily production operations: Plans and forecasts production activities and priorities and establishes manpower requirements based on upcoming workloads to achieve the customer promised ship date.
- Supports the quick resolution of project issues. If necessary, using technical experts or elevate the issues to the attention of higher levels of management.
- Requisitions materials and other equipment to achieve schedules.
