Job Description

Manufacturing Production Engineer - Join the Fast-Paced, Innovative Team at Motobilt! Motobilt, an industry leader in off-road parts manufacturing, is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Manufacturing Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ozark, AL. As a Manufacturing Production Engineer at Motobilt, you'll dive into the action, working alongside our Chief Operating Officer on critical production scheduling and inside sales functions. You'll be a key player in our innovation process, programming our fiber laser and two-press brakes, quoting jobs, and ensuring smooth communication with our job shop customers from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:
Self-Starters with a Thirst for
Knowledge :

Detail :
Your sharp focus and precision will be key in managing production schedules, programming, and customer communication.
Tech-Savvy and Adaptable :
Candidates should be comfortable using the following tools:
SigmaNest :
Industry-leading CAD/CAM nesting software used to optimize material usage and program our fiber laser.
SigmaBend :
Press brake bending software that simulates and programs bending sequences for accurate, efficient setups.
Google Sheets :
Cloud-based spreadsheets used daily to track production schedules, manage job priorities, and collaborate across departments.
Technical Expertise :
Experience with press brakes is a HUGE PLUS, and highly preferred CAD knowledge, Solidworks, and Inventor are a must. You should also be able to read a measuring tape like a pro.

Preferred Experience:
CAD Software (Inventor, AutoCAD, Solidworks): 2 Years Experience in a Manufacturing Environment We are not looking for remote workers, contractors, or non-US citizens at this time. You must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dothan/Ozark, AL area
