Our client, manufacturing facility is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associates, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn new skills—qualities that align successfully in a fast-paced production environment.

Train to become a Machine Operator over a 30+ day training period Move and handle large wood materials throughout the production process Use hand tools, as needed to support production Read and accurately use a tape measure to follow production specifications Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while learning machine operation procedures What's Needed? Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, and handling heavy wood products Comfort and accuracy when reading a tape measure Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow into a Machine Operator position Commitment to workplace safety and following safety policies What's in it for me?
